I ordered this because the photos made it look like a soft beige, but what showed up was more of a yellow/cream color. it was so different that I kind of wondered if the pictures were edited or if I got sent the wrong item. Either way, it wasn’t close to what I expected. Disappointing, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

It took longer than I expected to hear back from support, and I did have to send a follow-up before getting a response. That was a bit frustrating, but once they finally got back to me, they were helpful enough and sorted things out. Not ideal, but it worked out in the end.

I actually liked the items I ordered, but the checkout process was annoying. The page was loading slowly, the shipping info kept refreshing, and for a minute I wasn’t sure if my payment had gone through. It did work out in the end, but it’s not really fair to make customers feel stressed over something as basic as paying for an order.

Am I the only one this happens to? I ordered a medium set, but right after I paid, the confirmation showed it as a small. I emailed them pretty much immediately, hoping they could fix it before it shipped, but it still went out that way. On top of that, the color wasn’t even the one I picked.

Shipping itself was fine, so I’ll give them that, but the order accuracy was really disappointing. They did respond, but it felt slower than it should’ve been, and I had to explain the same issue more than once, which just made the whole thing more frustrating.

Shipping was straightforward and I didn’t run into any issues. I’d probably shop there again if there’s a sale, but at full price it feels more like a decent buy than a great deal

I’m still waiting and the delivery updates are basically useless. No clear info, no real timeline—just a whole lot of amateur-hour nonsense.

I wore these twice and they already broke, so yeah, durability is definitely not their strong point. I expected them to hold up a lot better.

I ordered my normal size and even checked the size chart but yeah... the fit was just not right at all. Tight in a few spots, weirdly loose in others, just kinda awkward all around. I couldn’t really wear it which was frustrating, I expected the sizing to be way more accurate.
